A deal without photos still gets worked, it just gets worked slower. Buyers ask for them first, every time.
Scope
There is no deal type this desk cannot underwrite. Honeybird runs every exit in the book, so a deal that does not fit one exit gets priced against another instead of being handed back to you.
Cash, subject-to, seller finance, wrap, novation, short sale, or something stranger. If you are not sure what you have, that is a phone call, not a disqualification.
One catch worth knowing before you start typing. The current form only lets you pick single-family from its property type list. That is the software catching up, not the desk turning work away. For anything else, call a hotline above and we will take the deal down with you directly.
After you hit send
The confirmation screen shows a submission ID. If a file fails to upload, the form tells you so on that screen instead of pretending it worked. Retry the upload when you see that.
